How to insatll UEC on Acer Aspire 4750?

Hi All,
I install UEC 10.04 by CD, during installation, On the step of detecting network interfaces shows error " no network interfaces is detected " and installation failed on based system installation..
What should i need to to try out to construct my eucalyptus private cloud on my note book? I hope your replies.
