can xen be the alternative of kvm(if sys doesn't support vt) on uec 10.04
somewhere i read that after 9.04 xen can not be used as alternative of kvm on uec
Hello, its important to know that xen is not officially supported by UEC 10.04. However it can be implemented on a system that does not support virtualization. After installing xn on the font end, remember to update th eucalyptus.conf file and clean start eucalyptus after that.

i have a plan to deploy a biding application which i will develop in java(jsp,servlet).
does this application will be sufficient for testing that cloud is running properly.
actually i have time problem that's why it is not possible to develop large application
now please suggest me how i can deploy this app
but before it i will have to deploy platform on the cloud which is suitable for running java application

If you want to set up a private cloud for your application, and then launch that application in a virtual machine instance, please use the ubuntu server platform as it is the best suited.
