When I was trying euca-upload-bundle it was failing and giving this message.
S3ResponseError: 406 Not Acceptable

solution:
After trying a lot of things, I found that, sudo euca_conf --deregister-walrus and then sudo euca_conf --register-walrus xx.xx.xx.xx solved the problem.
