I am not receiving a confirmation mail when i apply for an account https://ecc.eucalyptus.com:8443/#apply . I have followed all the instruction provided and checked my spam folder as well.
I even tried redoing the whole process creating a new account at http://open.eucalyptus.com with a different email ID and then applying for ECC account, but to no avail.
Could you please help me? Thanks in advance.

"User does not exist" on confirmation link

I received the mail belatedly saying that my Eucalyptus Community Cloud account was approved. However clicking on the link takes me to a page which says that "User does not exist". When i try to login inspite of this error via the login page, it shows "Error: Unconfirmed account (click on the link in confirmation email)".
Could you please help me? Thanks in advance.

How do I need to get my account confirmed?

Error: User does not exist

I get the same User does not exist error when I click on the confirmation link provided in the email. Please help if anyone was able to solve this problem. Thank you.
