I have installed front end(cc,clc,walrus) on ubuntu 9.10 & node contollers on open suse 11.2.
Will this configuration work?
Will it be possible for cluster controller to discover node controller?
Sure, as long as it is the same version of Eucalyptus, the distro should not matter. You should ideally install it in the same location (same $EUCALYPTUS on all hosts) otherwise registration may not work as expected.
