I am permanent reader and sometimes writer in Forums » Support branch. I always meet some type of questions again and again. Like this
- no ssh no ping to running instance
- NO IMAGE IN STORE
- can't run instance
and so on

but you already have answers for this questions in documentation but users can't find this page because FAQs page don't conatain technical informations. Only one answer I ran into a problem while installing or using Eucalyptus. How can I get help? . I think it is good idea to attach at the top of Support forum link to http://open.eucalyptus.com/wiki/EucalyptusTroubleshooting_v2.0 Perhapse it helps users find answer faster and this will reduce already answered questions.
