Creating custom images

Hi all,
is there any tutorial or documentation on how to create a custom image from an already running instance where i installed tomcat, java and lamp packages. In other terms i want to create an image based on running instance that i customized it.

Hello,

you can use euca-bundle-vol: we don't have any tutorial on its usage, but you can search the forum for clues on how to use it. Also search for udev and euca-bundle-vol for way to ensure that your instance will have the right interface setup.

Anybody able to create tomcat image

I am also trying to create the tomcat image but not successful yet. Can anybody please help with this? Also is there any way to change the image to modify the content rather than creating the new image?
