Is there a way to configure Eucalyptus to automatically approve users when they sign up?

Thanks for your reply! Yes we are setting up eucalyptus cloud to be used by a group of people and we want everyone on that group to be able to register and use the system right away without waiting for any appoval since everyone will be allowed to use the system.
