Hi,

I've tryed to run some different Maschines Types m1.small and so on. But all instances do have 1 GB disk size.

Try running "fdisk -l" You

Try running "fdisk -l"

You will see that there is another usable partition (ephemeral).

Ok this is fine. But why it is not documented? :-D And why it is a partition with ext2?

ephemeral is an EC2 concept and we have something about it in the community wiki: but you are right. we don't mention it directly in your documentation. We will fix that in the next documentation release.
