VMWare support is available only with subscription (ie you need to be our customer to have the VMWare broker), but yes, eucalyptus can handle both kvm, xen and vmware.

And yes, you can run Windows within xen and kvm. If you have xen you need to ensure you have hardware virtualization enabled. You can search the internet for blogs on how to enable it for Eucalyptus 2.0: if you have our subscription you should already have the instructions on how to do it. Eucalyptus 3.1 will have windows support.
